my only guess could be, maybe the axle pins are worn or too much droop not sure i never had that problem with my 1.0 t .

Saw your post yesterday and checked mine this AM. I have the adjustable F & R plates. The front dogbones are in the cups with maybe 1/8" of the slot left on the outside. Droop 110mm.

The rear dogbones are in about half way. Droop 129mm, toe 3*.

I have never had them come out.

Are you measuring droop from shock bolt to shock bolt, wheels off the ground? Just trying to help you find a solution!

Man I don't get all of these drive shaft issues that I keep hearing recently. Has anyone that's had the issue checked the length of the drive shafts in question against one without the issue. I'm wondering if there wasn't a run of bad shafts recently that are too short. Anyway the pictures bigjayjay1 requested will help us figure the issue out.

Good point. Did you happen to use the front camber links on the rear?
They are a bit shorter.

Those scratches on the outdrive ,is that when the axel came out? maybe you had a rock stuck in there. I had that happen once. Fine ever since.

Amanda you might want to flip the right-outer camber link end over, I could see where it might rub on the wheel when the suspension is compressed.

it came from the dog bone coming out. i ran the truck on the track for two laps total and it popped out when landing off a jump the same jump actually both times.
