Jammin, did you get a killer deal at amain versus carolinas? I was hoping carolinas had the cheapest:(

Actually NO. It is listed as $650 but amain doesn't make you pay for it untill it comes in. You pay the price that it is when you get it as long as it is lower than the backorder price. So if they come in and are only say $580 that is what you pay. But if they come in and are over the backorder price($650) you only pay $650. So I am hoping they will come in alot cheaper than the backorder price. If carolinas had gotten them listed the same time as amain I probably would have gone that route. I also don't know if amain is including the extra set of rims. So as of right now carolinas has the best deal. I thought about cancelling my order with amain and going with carolinas but I want to see the amain's real price before I do that. Plus I'm not sure if carolinas has any of the first shippment leaft and I want one immediately.

my local lhs said they were shipping either yesterday or today. so i should get mine next week.

i got an email today and they said they will get them tomorrow as it stands.

Losi 8T 2.0 289-piece high grade 8.8 alloy steel socket head screw kit. Kit includes all applicable cap, flat and button head screws, as well as nuts, washers, lock washers and set screws.

Please note the kit does not include the (4) 4-40 x 4mm flat head screws (Losi Part # A6253) that install into the chassis for the droop screws to ride against. The kit also does not include the (4) 5-40 x 7/8" flat heads (Losi Part # A6273) used on the diff cases. Please obtain these parts from your nearest Losi parts supplier.

any word if Carolina got their shipment in today?

i called earlier today, they figured they are not gonna be getting them till mid week next week, the guy wasnt to sure though, john wasnt in so he couldnt ask him how they were being shipped to him, i guess they got to horizon the day before in illnois

Yep, lot of guys missed out on that $565 price. I think the january discounts are about to be over as well...

From talking to them when I placed a little order they had sold a bunch but some guys had them just sitting in the checkout carts without finalizing the order. Man... would be terribly to pay $650.

ok talked with the owner Jon.

He has like three seperate shipments of the losi 2.0 t coming. When he tracked the first order it showed a delivery date of the 30th. The others "should" be a day or so behind. Ususally they make it a habit to get them out as soon as they arrive.

I would think depending on when you ordered would depend on what shipment your in on.
