i got it cause im a beginner kind of at 1/8 its pretty fast if its tune right with a dynamite 86 pipe ,i actually think it would be better on a truggy cause of the torque its does have ok top end i would say,i drove a modded bf ,21 on a eight 1.0 t and it was wicked
|
A bigger clutch bell is more top end and less bottom
|
right
|
the thing that sucks is i have no idea what setup is on the eight 1.0 t that i brought from somebody, i think the bf.21 stock whould work pretty good on the truggy
|
it will..
i run the bf21 in my lst2...(of course its a racer and has the lightened parts etc) |
yea it seems to lost its real compession for some reason i can turn the flywheel and pop the piston down is that cause of a leak cause there is a wet spots on the carb and the front bearing leaks a bit when the low end is rich cause it hasnt been running right does that cause it to lose compression
cause i only have about 2 gallons run into it |
one thing about nova's is the last forever...
the more gals you run, the less the pinch.. you may need a bearing change if theres leakage |
does anyone have a good technical blue groove set up sheet just looking for a starting point
|
its been doing that for a while on the front bearing and ran fine but now my carb i know has a leak and impossble to tune and run
|
yea but not just on 2 gallons and lose compession so i know theres a leak or something one weak i was racing and i count turn the flywheel so theres a leak on the carb from what i see

TC5man, I can't believe you said Hobby Hut is smooth. If you were to look in a dictionary for "blown out track" it would say "see Hobby Hut".
I watched my friend's buggy do a flip down the straight away after hitting a pothole. It's all in the driver as something mentioned before. Reggie, you should have seen Adam beating guys in sportsman Truggy with his Traxxas Revo. He made me proud!! |
