Anybody converted an SC8.2E to nitro yet? Are they gonna' do a nitro version?

AE Big Bores from the RC8B or RC8T, or Hong Nor Big Bores.

I don't think anything has changed in the nitro parts that go in the SC8, shouldn't have any problems just dropping them in and burning some fuel....not sure if they'll release one, but when I decide to upgrade to the .2, I'll do it to both my Nitro and E.....:)

I have drove the SC8 ( which I own one) and I have driven the SC8.2 and I can't really tell a difference on the track.

Interest Check: Thicker/Stronger CVA Bones Associated RC8/RC8B/RC8.2/RC8.2e/SC8/SC8e

Hi, this is an interest check to see how many people are interested in harderned steel + thicker CVA bones to replace Associated part #ASC89102.

If there is sufficent interest especially from bashers worldwide, GHEA Racing of Sweden will start production on them. Do spread the word around and don't forget to come back here and post so GHEA will act accordingly.

Here's to hoping this is a success and we finally have a poper aftermarket driveshaft that is alot stronger :D

I have a stupid question... It's been over two years since I have bought tires for my sc8 so I need new ones... What size do I buy? Thanks guys

Just the standard 2.2-3.0 I think. I use DE wheels and run different tires than stock.

Thanks bud I wanted to get those rims but I couldn't find them on stormers website so I just ordered the stock rims

I think you have to run Team Associated tires with stock wheels.

You can use stock wheels with 1/10 scale 2.2-3.0 tires.
