I have raced the truck and I love it. It accelerated harder, jumps and lands better than my rr.

ace servos are good servos you need alot of torque on the steering of a truggy spend the extra money if needed BACK to the truggy did any of you guys get to run yours this weekend would like to hear as much as possible about this good or bad and setup info cant believe no team drivers on here trying to help push this bad boy.kyosho forums the team guys get on here and give you updates setup info and such dont have to be a team driver just a opinion if you have one.

I drove my friends RC8T in one heat race last night it had the JR9100 servos
not sure about his set up ,but it handled great took jumps well and would accelerate all the way through corners.I have the Kyosho STRR and I am really thinking of getting the RC8T (GREAT TRUCK!!!!)

I have raced mine two weekends now and I have changed a few things from stock set up.
773 diff
2 up front upper arm
1 dot back upper arm
40wt front
45wt rear
short camber links front and rear
lower hole in rear hub

Truck is dialed.

If your going to get some hop ups then get the M2C upgrades. Toe blocks and rear hubs.

Got mine done! Is a SWEET unit!
Gotta get motor broke in and I'm ready to rock-n-roll.
Haven't found anything I don't like about it yet, other than the 50wt oil they supplied seems a bit much, But I'm gunna try the stock set-up first to see where I'm at.

I heard that one of the associated drivers was running it here in Texas it was running faster than the buggies with an OS21. Some of the other racers were getting mad in there pits complaining that its like the guy is cheating.

after watching the AE truck run I could see how some people would be upset. running a pro series race with a truck that isn't technically available to the public yet doesn't seem fair. All I know is it made me want one so Skidmore did his job! truck is geared for low end grunt and has the suspension to keep everything in check. It was like watching Ground Hog Day cause every lap looked the same. only one AE truck shows up and it's obviously faster than everyone else. nuff said.
