Does anyone know what the weight savings is for the option milled chassis? Looks pretty nice.

Default OCM REDLINE .21 5 port

ok guys, just took the redline mill of the buggy and tore it down.
From a visual perspective things look great. I have very close to 1
gallon on mine and I think it is yet to hit it's prime. It showed me a
lot though this past weekend and proved to me it's a standout mill
even among other well known engines.

Bearings have a perfect shine to them and feel great. I see no
imperfections or feel anything.

The crank pin and rod bushing look like new. I will take some
measurments from a new engine vs. this one and get to you.

The piston/sleeve have a little breaking in to do but otherwise have a
good wear pattern and with a litte more fuel will be ready to show us
what it is truly capable of!

Of course I ran 30% tilted fuel, a p3 plug, redline pipe, all three
shims installed.

The one documented timed fuel run was 8 minutes exact. I feel certain
once I tuned for the main it easily would have been 9 minutes maybe
more. I judge this based off the amount of fuel the tank took during
stops, and looking at what was left after my last quali.

I am not 100% but I feel once the engine loses some mechanical pinch
and really breaks in it will only natrually get more mileage and
power. Some of my past engines on average would gain 30seconds of
runtime.

Thanks!

Alan

well i ordered the evo upgrade kit. now i need a setup for a really rough track i drove the buggy for about a half an hour today on a really rutty and loose track. now my question is how would i improve off power steering and remove some on power its not really drive able the way it is. i have alot of push off power and way to much onpower to where it gets squirly. thanks for the help in advance also where can i get some toe inserts as amain is out of stack and its hard to follow your setup sheets with out extras of certain numbers
