The have the COMPLETE conversion, and just the suspension conversion. On the suspension conversion, it says you have to dremil the chassis a little to get the full affect of the droop.

For the following items:

1 x Servo Saver Arm - MBX5T MBX5R (MUGE0312)
Servo Saver Arm - MBX5T and MBX-5R

1 x Servo Saver Pipe MBX-5R MBX-5T (MUGE0314)
Updated Mugen Servo Saver Pipe for the MBX5R and MBX5T

1 x Mugen Ackerman Plate 5mm, -1.5 for MBX-5R (MUGE0316)
Updated 5mm Aluminum Ackerman Plate for Mugen MBX5R

Can these bolt up to the old chassis? Are they even really needed?

I suspect the servo saver arm and pipe will sharpen the steering response. It also makes the servo saver a lot easier to adjust. The ackermann plate moves the holes back a little. I think you could get by without it.

The new shocks will probably not fit on the old style shock towers. You need R towers with R shocks. The compressed and extended shock lengths are different on the R.

Thanks for all the help everyone. Getting everything together that I am going to look to purchase.

Does anyone know what the lengths of the new shocks is versus the old? I am curious if I have newer shocks, not sure how to tell.

If your shocks have a screw on cap to hold the orings in the bottom they are the new shocks. If you have the c clip holding the orings in, you have the old shocks.

Hi guys, just bought myself a second-hand MBX5T ProSpec for the winter at a very good price (half the price of a brand new one with servos and spares ). Thought i'd post my question in here as i can't really find a 'true' thread for the car. What i am asking though is can you give me all the part numbers for a complete clutch (screws, nuts, washers etc etc)? The truggy comes with a few clutch bits but i'd rather buy a new clutch just so i know it's in perfect working order. First ever nitro car and first time i'll be racing off road . Should be good fun.....

Cheers, Chaz
