When I ran K-cars I wore out hinge pin braces constantly & the were like 20 bucks. When I ran Mugen with the plastic inserts I still wore the inserts out but they were very cheap. The thing about cheap inserts is you are more likely to replace them & tighten up the car than you are if you have to buy a more expensive hinge brace. The result is that you have a tighter car all the time with the inserts. That's how it was for me anyway.

I had a massive crash that flexed the front of the chassis so hard that, the front steering post flexed into the steeing servo cracking the servo case. Anyone have a harder hit than that?? Look's like back to driver's ed for me.

That sounds pretty bad man. Hey I'm gonna send you my RTR chassis along with the RX's. If you don't think it will work just throw it away or something. Oh, and I finally got my 6 port to idle. I tried diffrent heat range plugs, a new gallon of fuel, and finally I started to adjust the idle with the engine off and opening the carb before adjusting the idle. Someone here on RCtech said they did it that way. So I tried it. And it seemed to work.

Air8, that's really cool of you to do that. Im glad the Novarossi is coming around. The Vg will be so easy to tune and run youll be spoiled. I ran the RBmod VG this tuesday at a club race and it was awsome. It's my first RBmod motor. And im glad it was a VG. Smooth and forgiving on bottom and mid..But top end is insane. I can't wait to try a modded Plus-5 or something. Anyone here have a RBmod motor?
