They will update the current platform often, but they usually don't change the entire platform for quite a while. Like mentioned above, 10 years sounds about right. The MP10 came out a few years ago, and they are already on TKI3.

and there is no mp10t tki2.. its just the mp10t. no revisions yet.

to the best of my knowledge no newer kit coming out as i just bought a new truggy a few weeks ago when i asked the same question. but as we all know any manufacture can come out with something new when ever they want.
