The ruluxs are only available in white and yellow. I've seen the white ones dyed black and they look sick.

Follow this link there are dyed rulux's and also black maximizers. Both are good choices.

I ALWAYS seem to learn the hard way, make sure you lock-tite the screws holding the bulks together. Mine backed out a little bit and allowed the bulk to pull apart a little but under hard acceleration so it looks like I blew up my rear diff. Hopefully its just a bearing.

Yep, I blue loctite everything and usually wait about 2-3 days before running it so the loctite cures 100%. Also, dremel some slots on your wheel nuts so they bite your rims better and don't back off. If they come loose under power you'll strip the wheel hexes in no time. And never pee into the wind.

Finally santa the mailman delivered a decent amount of parts so i can get some work done. Got most of my parts in still waiting on shock towers and shocks but that should be it, Here are some pics of the progress

parts shipment tekno carriers, skids, gens ace batteris, shims, arms, etc

i had already ordered a side mmotor mount but wasnt sure if i wanted to use it for bashing but i went ahead and threw it on. If i dont like the way it jumps i will swap it out.

and a pic of the total progress for tonight. It was a pain getting the bulks to set flush had to file down the chassis and the bulkheads a little to get a nice tight fit.
