Well it's nicer than what I wrote before... It was pointed out that I may have over reacted to your post and I agree. Thats why it was edited... It just struck a nerve because I have many more financial responsibilites that come before RC. Even if I had fuel, I doubt I'd want to drive 4 hours each way for a one day race.

It's also fair weekend here and my wife and I are hitting up the concerts Thursday through Saturday so it eliminates the possibility of me coming up on Satruday night. Long story short, I won't be able to make it!

Here is the flyer that will be hung up and handed out at the hobby shop in minot just so everyone knows what it looks like and says.

u guys did a heck of a job on that track!
it was great to meet most of u on sunday, its gonna take me a minute to remember everyones names but i plan on paying some dues on saturday.
i also plan on having an 8th scale buggy within the next month (provided my funding plans work out), so ya'll bestest be watchin yer hinds!

hey adam, i couldnt read that pdf u posted here for the flyer, i had been talking with eva at the hobby shoppe, she said that the losi mini t trucks she carries fly off the shelf and there are a ton of them out there, any chance for an 1/18th scale class??

also if u can get me a couple flyers i can put them on base (where most of the newest car purchasers live,
my wife is enlisted so i can get on and off no problem..

if i cant make it tonight ill defintely be there saturday morning for a bit!

You can't open the flyer? If you would like, PM me your email address and I can email you a copy. I also took a couple dozen flyers up to the hobby shop last night so you could also grab some from Eva.

As far as the Mini-T's go, they are a little small for that size of track but if there are a bunch of cars that show up and would like to run we could always throw a piece of plywood over a barrier to make the track a little shorter. Rule of thumb we have been going with is it takes 4 cars to make a class so if four guys want to pay the entry fee and race mini-t's, we will make it happen.

Thanks

4 cars doesnt seem like too many to come up with.
and the way some are modded i wouldnt be supprised to see them make it
to the top of the table.
ive got my exotek buggy conversion running and i bet it'll do some decent laps
provided the traction is there..

The pdf opens in a new window so a pop-up blocker might be preventing it from loading.
There should be at least four of us coming sunday from Bismarck - 2 nitro truggies, 2 nitro buggies, 3 electric 2WD buggies and 2-3 1/10 4wd electrics depending on how many more parts I can find.
I've run mini-Ts on a full-sized track and it's, well, interesting. I may throw one in just in case...and a lot of parts...or maybe an RC18T.
