Default Oak Creek R/C Park (Home of the Northern Mini Racers)

Yes indeed, things are coming along nicely. We will be digging clay tomorrow!!!! Just a few finishing touches on the drivers stand and it will be a go. The track location is south of Sawyer ND, 2.5 miles south on Hwy 23, 1 mile east, 3/4 mile south and turn east down into the valley. This is approx 18 miles se of Minot on Hwy 52. The track will be 120' x 60' with a huge drivers stand with alot of pitting room under and on top level under the roof, power outlets are plentifull. There will also be pitting in a garage when needed, if weather is not great or if a large number of racers show, again with plenty of outlets. Location is actually about 25-30 minutes closer to Bismarck than Minot is if you take the back way through Wilton, Mercer and Turtle Lake. Approx 1hr 25mins from Bismarck, 2 hrs from Pingree. We will keep everyone updated and hope to see you all soon!!

Stupid weather. I hope you guys are working on another sick rhythm section. The one you guys made last year was the best! It's fun having to go way off the line you'd normally take... that's off-road!

We need to get some work done on the track tomorrow night, we need to finish the drivers stand, work on an outhouse and work on the bases for the jumps. Friday night we can start putting the roof on and hopefully get it done this weekend, so anyone who can help Thursday and Friday nights plus this weekend please let me know as soon as possible,
