RCRNV only runs 1/8 scale with electric conversions. they are on school property and cannot run nitro vehicles.

We are hoping to have a steady 1/10 nitro TC class this summer. Since you already have nitro gear, would you be interested in running nitro TC Ralphie?

That's really sad i wonder why such hostility towards 8th scale? i don't run 10th scale ever or never, that's why i push so much for the huge 8th scale class that's out there to give us guys a few places to run like jackson that now does 8th scale anyway if you guys decide to give it a try i am an email away!!

Thanks

I sure the nitro touring guys would show up in good numbers for a regional event once word gets out... we haven’t had a Roar Regionals in a long time.

Just realized you said yes you do run gt that's crazy the track is too small for 8th scale but not gt!!! lol and can't be the speed cause on a small track from turn to turn gt not much slower, something is not right this sounds personal against 8th scalers !!! Maybe he came home and found an 8th scale driver in bed with the misses!!! lol kidding, but just really strange and gt twice as heavy so cant be a board issue... Guess you have your reasons. Maybe i will pass by one day and run a few laps on a practice day!!

USGT is not the GT you are thinking of. USGT is a form of 1/10 Electric TC.

We do not race the 1/8 GT class that you are thinking of.

Default New This Season

A few things before this season starts.

1. ROAR Regional is June 15
2. We will be using live RC
3. Spec Touring will be 21.5
4. I will be helping keep the program moving. For this to work for everyone we need to be ready to race and marshal when we’re supposed to be. If your not there we aren’t holding up the program so catch the next round. If your physically able to marshal but don’t you loose that round. (Exception do occur)
5. When tech is run it’s your job to make your car is legal.
6. We are here to have fun. If your having issues with something come talk to our fast guys no matter which car you drive. We have some of the best talent in the country. Use their knowledge grow the sport.
7. We are putting together a fund to help local drivers cover ROAR membership for those who don’t have it for the regional race, so please don’t let that sway you from entering. Local meaning you make more than 50% of the races prior to the event.

Keeping things running smooth will will give us all more practice time and out at a decent hour.

Will test and tune just be open practice or will there be heats?
Adrian and I may come out, but I will probably show up late.
