Still working on getting time to build mine. Got a family function going onbut I may just bring the kit with and get it together. Offhand anyone have a turf setup they reocmmend to try on the lc12?

As for the guy with the shattered body, I recall from whenI had the tacon version that they had issues with the lexan of the bodies shattering, had one do just what you have there.

I just love these cars. Daughter ran the vehicle and wasn't treating it that nicely lol but it stayed together, jumps nice and level considering the body and the SCT parachute effect, hooked up really good around the track. Darn near wanted to run some laps with it myself lol.

Biggest thing I want to find an alernative for is are there any serrated nuts out there that will work for wheel nuts as I had some that were wanted to start to back out. I woudl tighten them down each race, and I could use some threadlock for sure I am thinking but be cool to have a serrated option.

The driver at my track with a converted LC12B1 had it out there, wow can it handle!

They come in a few colors as well - blue red purple under the m3 serrated in the search bar.

Generally the search function there is pretty bad but this one came up right away.

Cant say i have but do you have a link? I am using a soft-case zippy right now and was looking at the turnigy 1600 hard case as a option.

I didn't know IP had a small hard case with bullets - - Is there a reason you want to switch? Also if you bought this in the states can you send me a link to the IP battery I have only been able to find a seller out of the UK for it.

Anyone got the dimensions of those thumb rc crush spacers? Daughter seized up a bearing on her SCT of course, have aluminum carriers but wanted some crush spacers still.

Finally got my LC Racing 1/14 Truggy running after a few hiccups

Currently setup with a 2S LiPo, but would like to increase the speed for road driving

Without a motor change or 3S upgrade, what are my options that won’t wear parts excessively fast?

I believe it has a 17T pinion in it from factory ... would it be worth it to upgrade to a 19T/20T/21T? Anyone try this and notice a difference in speed?

Any other suggestions?
