https://www.amazon.com/Mxfans-Pieces.../dp/B07588C8FL

Hobbyking also has a selection of tires that are $5-15 per set of two.

Holy crap some baby proline Badlands! Those we're all I used to run back when I had my 8th scalers. Thanks for the share man! How tall are they?

Cain, maybe they're some +12mm arms and soon-to-be CVDs like I've been hoping for. =)

I knew these looked familiar, I used to run badlands, and a few of my buddies. If you look harder you can find better deals

Also the specs are all in the description.

Hi guys I have the truggy kit that I'm about to put together and I'm thinking of using a short course body on it,but keeping the truggy wheels.

It looks like the truggy wheels might hit the short course body, does anyone know if that's the case?

I think I'll need these parts :

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I think you may also need the rear body mount, I beleive the truggy front is the same though.

I agree, great find!
85mm tall should allow the chassis to touch the ground.
I would get the tires only based on previous experience with these Chinese made wheels. I bought three sets of 26mm rally tires and wheels and they didn't last one battery pack. The tires are good though.

Also the truggy tires will not fit under the SCT body without some major wheel well cutting.

Took the truggy to my lil bashing spot. The tires handled real well on a mixture of sand/wet dirt/rocks. What I liked even more was the 2200mah and 1800mah batteries. I moved the tray more towards the rear and with the heavier batteries it was very level.

Damn, I wish I had space like that where I am. That's a good looking picture man. The more I think about it, I wish I actually got the truggy instead of the Valor, even with the battery frontwards it's not staying on the ground how I want haha.

@StevenKelby, what you're going to end up with is very similar to the ol' Traxxas Slash MTs that people used to do (1/16th, of course) it'll be fun man.

About to take the plunge and order up the LC truggy on Monday. Just looking at hop ups and what upgrades or spares I should pick up when I place my order. Figured a TBR bumper and maybe some spare dogbones.

Also wondering about wheel and tire options. I know the offset on the truggy wheels is rather unique but has anyone used the Pro Line Trencher 2.2’s or Jconcpets Rulux 2.2’s for the E Revo on these cars?

I've had the Truggy version for a little over 2 years now and it's been great.. I race using the Rulux's with Pro-Line Positrons and they're in my opinion stronger, and lighter than the factory truggy wheels.. Hope this helps..

I haven't personally ran Rulux wheels on this, but I have on my Vendetta back in the day, I think they'd be a perfect wheel for this truck and am considering them myself once I decide on a the tire. That being said I would consider the 2.2 trenchers a bit too tall for the suspension, but you might be ok depending. A few pages back I think there's images of someone running larger 2.2 tires without issue. (Edit: Noel, duratrax Lockups) I'm on my phone though and can't scroll up to review.
