It appears Horizon owns Carisma, or at least distributes for them.

This thing is sick. They run great out of the box but im going to try one with a brushless and it looks like the MaxxAmps 2100Mah 3 cell will fit in the battery slot. We are going to try to run them on a flat asphalt oval sunday, so we will see what happens. heres some pics.

Got mine today and all I can say is the freakin' thing is AWESOME!!!!! Fast in stock trim but can't wait to strap in some mod power. Oh, get the ball diff right away and don't even mess with the stock diff (crunch crunch crunch crunch....)

The stock receiver comes with a bind plug like the Spektrum Micro Receivers come with. You can use it with any Spektrum module. I am using my Helios.

t9dragon, sorry I took so long getting back to you concerning your question about Carisma making the Mini T for Losi.
I don't have the magazine anymore that said it; however on the steering wheel of the transmitter/radio for the Mini T it says Carisma right on it.

Also the 6-cell pack that comes with the new Slider is the same pack that comes with the Sportwerks Recoil which is also made by Carisma for them. That car is sold as the Carisma GT14 in the rest of the world, but is sold as the Sportwerks Recoil here in America.

Since Carisma makes the Mini T for Losi, it stands to reason that they would make the Slider as well. Especially as it is using certain Carisma items such as the battery.

I hope this clears it up for you; but if not, I would encourage you to email Losi or Horizon and ask them directly. I guarantee that they will confirm what I have said.

Anyone got a part number for the ball diff for the mini slider?
I don't see it on Losi's site unless I'm completely missing it.
Thanks.

It is. All the transmission hop ups for the Mini-T/Baja are a direct fit in the Mini-Slider. This includes the dual disc slipper, ball diff, motor plates, gear cases, and CVD's
