louie bought that building while we were renting from him on watford way....he showed it to George and i, at the time he wanted us to be able to be there year round......there is a small grass area that could be made into a off road track...

Sounds like a good possibility. Hope it works out. Remember to discuss utility costs and snow removal and garbage when finalizing plans.

I have a good friend who is a realtor and could possibly help us. What information do I need to let him know? Who should I have him contact? I didn’t have any time to race this summer and don’t know the current status of the club.

Out of curiosity, why doesn’t the club have a permanent location with both indoor and outdoor space? The club has been around for years and will continue to be. I would think that there would be some sort of rent to own option that would work for us. It would probably be more cost effective and better for the club to grow. Just a thought…..

It went well Matt is calling the owner later this week. There are two spaces both have support post's to deal with. I'm optimistic but we will see

Here is what Tony, Spike, Karl and I looked at. I will contact the landlord (Louie) and see if I can strike a deal. His son did mention another person has shown some interest.

In the pictures the poles are 25' apart.
