Not to be mean but this thread is not about how to keep Clark going it is about trying to find a building for our winter racing!!!
That's right folks big cars are done SPIKE is back!!!
(I could be the only person excited) oh well where are we at? Any leads? What do we need to find? Sq feet? Price tag? What?
Lets go boys we can do this it shouldn't just fall on a few
I for one can not wait to get back behind that mic on the rug

theres a industrial buildings on Phlam Rd on the same side as the Wendys. its right across from the car wash if i remember correctly. If any member of the club is willing to go out and look they will find that in that area there are many many buildings for rent. just a heads up for you guys.

I found 20,000 sq ft building for 2000 per month. It has no bathroom so I said no. This was passed to me by John Pinger of Northland. Northland represents more warehouse than anyone else in southern Wisconsin. I hope he can find another owner with a vacant space earning nothing right now. I made it clear we are short term,reponsible but low budget.

you could always get a port a pot....i know of other tracks that do that....guys like that are the perfect leads for finding space....would they cut it to 10,000 sqft for 1000???

So I have been back behind Pflaum Rd and called a few people with no such
luck beside they will call back if they find anything I have a few numbers left to call I just want a human to talk to not the answering machines...also two of them said they left msg on someone's phone and waiting for a call back but now the places they had in mind are gone but they have my number in mind.
so what was the footage of carpet down we had last season and building size
what is the time frame(nov to..) of our stay?

If we use all our new carpet the size is 48 foot by 75 foot. This is 3600 square feet just of rug. Would be guessing that we need at a minimum approximately about that again for pit space, drivers stand, storage. All depends on the building shape too. 8000+ square feet would be a good ballpark. Timeframe would be from now to about april.

we must take of our responsibility and clean up our mess then we can go inside and play just like mom says. tim

Alright then since no one posted they called them I did.
Louie is in Florida and is eager to rent us again and has a warehouse already in mind but I have to get ahold of his son and he will show it. Louie stated tho on Sundays
has a little sharing for church goers he ask if the kids can be under control during hours. He didn't have much time to state its location.

Left a message for John Pinger.He just called back he spoke to someone before with the adress of 2818 syene rd.12000sqf $2000 (no bathroom but doesnt mind a porta john on the property.I asked if rent and space could be reduced he didnt think so
But he was quoted at that price.

High five for the club in the past cause he(Louie) sounded pleased to try to rent to us again

i was one of the primary contacts for louie back in the old days...he was an awsome landlord...and he has alot of properties around the area....

What your mind reading skills need sharping. Just kidding. Prolly the newest to the group Tony is my name. I tried to not crash(race)last year with the 22 truck my son has the 22 buggie

Also I know this is very short notice but the son of Louie has called me back and can show the place at 2841 index road at 5:30 on Tuesday15th 12,000sqf 2 very large rooms
so if anyone that knows whats what(help my lost @$$ on what we need) and wants to see it he is going to meet me there @5:30 the 15th
