hi Bro ,
I am from Muntinlupa . There are no RC shops nearby. The nearest I have is Mall of Asia ( Pasay ) , Glorietta ( I hope Lil's is still there ) and Action Hobbies ( Libis ) with a nearby Lowdog ( Ortigas ?) .
No nearby official racing tracks in Alabang , but I havent checked Brittany hobbyists yet ( see forums ) . It is around 15-20 mins away from Alabang via Daang Hari. I've read they have an offroad ( flat ) track and huge for offroaders but their prime show is Aerial RCs.
Next nearby track is Sonic Boom ( near Boom na Boom ).
If you want to bash around , you could give the PALMS area a go ( near festival mall and RITM ) . There guards there are so used to me now , even the offroad mountain bikers and joggers alike, but bashing alone is sooooo booooring.

Hey Chiefy, Sorry I can't help you with shops or tracks in the South (Alabang) but I can surely tell you that JP Raceway in Libis Quezon City is a great place for on road racing (I think the tarmac is not suitable for drifting). The place might feel like a sauna around 10 to 4pm if you are coming from the USA. Get ready for heat!
It was my first time there and was pleasantly surprised at the set up and the friendly camaraderie.
For Off Road racing there is a track nearby as well.. Circulo Verde (CV) in Libis. I haven't been there yet, but plan to visit it soon.
