Can provide sample or not for the body hole cut to the racing specifications. Very confusing lah, this hole can that hole cannot. So appreciate if you could sample lah
I think I posted this one before.

Sorry about the shameless plug ! If you want, I can ask Uncle Crash to change that to V1RRR...

Initial D - Thanks a lot!! That was the pic I was looking for from the NOVA thread.

I found another good pic but the file was too big to attach.

This pic shud be good enuf.

Front hole - max 60mm for cooling
Top Hole - max 50 mm for refuelling(If needed)
Small hole 15mm above the engine for glow starter.
Front side window - can be opened
Rear Side window - fully closed

Hope this is clear enuf.

Thanks.

HPC, how about the rear windscreen?? The car in the picture posted actually has 1) front and rear cooling holes and 2) refueling hole at the top???

And I think your FW need a small hole on the rear side window for your idling adjuster...that is if I am not wrong.

1.17 No part of the car, except the muffler outlet, may protrude
outside the bodyshell when viewed from above.

HPC II

1. The sample car photo has a cable tie protruded outside the
bodyshell. Is it not against rule 1.17?

2. To date how many participants had registered for the
qualifying round?

3. Can you post an aerial photo for the qualifying round track?.

Regard & thank in advance.

1) Have you not seen a car with a front and rear windscreen cooling hole?

The rules say the whole rear windscreen can be taken out for cooling window (no size limit with the window cutout permitting). But if you want to cut less, that's ok I think...

Different from rear window. Rear window (or rear passenger seat window if you want to call it ) must remain intact. You can punch a hole or two for tuning screw purposes...

2) Refueling hole at the top applies to most belt driven cars <ahem> where the tank is deep inside and you want to use a refueling gun to refuel...
