Its a semi closed, 3/4 half open meeting.
Okay I'm just being dumb. No meeting is ever closed to anybody so I dont understand the question. I think you guys are really tripping on this committee thing. The committee serves, serves the membership therefore a committee member is technically below a member when they are voting and generating ideas.
Again Membership majority rules therefore members guide the club.
A meeting is for one and all racers, this includes active, non-active members and those that are not members at all and just testing the water. We are a transparent club so please come.

Well since the waivers aren't ready I guess everyone who has a result posted on shreveportonroad.com is a member until we have dues and waivers at which time these individuals will need to respond to the needs of the club.

Thanks for defining all of the muck. Looking forward to actual memberships.
One topic I would like to have discussed (since i won't be there) is the moving or not moving of race days. I realize that I am just one person and the club is getting much bigger but I won't be showing as regularly on weekends...just got other things to tend to. So at if the topic comes up that's were I stand don't like racing on weekends but a realize it will be better for club growth

.you can count Scotia and i in at the meeting. she would like ribs also 
.weekends are messed up for me also ,but if i had to choose a day it would be friday. why because it does not interfear with church and it would be a strain on getting the transponders back to Tom. remember they race on sundays.we are very lucky to have the use of the transpoders. see ya

Friday is interesting, it doesn't interfere with the nitro club and it helps all our students out. The only people it would really hurt would be Terry and Dustin when race season starts in Jan.
I would love to do Fri. but I wish we could take Terry with us.

if we move to saturday or sunday you loose scotia and i as members. thursday has worked for a long time. the only other day that works for us is friday.we really need to hear from all the steady members on the day.they are the people that keep the track alive.

I'm so confused
Lets see if I have this straight.
- Sat.-bad for people that work on Sat. & people that race dirt track also difficult to return transponders timely
- Sun.- Chruch crowd morning and nitro in the afternoon
- Mon.-still week night
- Tues.-another week night
- Wed.-Late Church crowd
- Thur.-seems familiar, been there done that just don't have a tee-shirt
- Fri.-good for students bad for other motorsports people
