I think the extra bump ups is one of the things I liked best about no sportsman classes last night. It gives more people chances to bump up instead of splitting them into two different groups. Sign ups seem so much easier to,just tell them what car you are running. I think Scott and Shuler did a great job doing a presort to put people in the right qualifier. At the end of the day it was nice to see where you finish up against the fast mod drivers. Of couser this will change each week when more fast guys are there. Then you just move one main down no big deal.

I'm very happy with the no sportsman class. Let's be honest I'm not the greatest in the world but I'm not going to get any better driving in sportsman which is why I never do even though I should. I run my fastest lap times when I'm following or trying to stay in front of the "fast guys". But with last nights format I had some pretty intense racing running with drivers of my own speed in the b main (with drivers who used to run sportsman) And I didn't even care I wasn't in the a BC I was having FUN and isn't that what a hobby is supposed to be. Well done last night Scott I hope this format continues through the rest of the indoor season.

Lookin to get 300$ for it all.

Default Loaner Electronics?

Hey everybody, wow it has been a long time since I have been on here LOL. I'm going to be back in town for a month or so and bought a used Rb6 to hopefully run while I am in STL. I plan to sell it when I leave.

I am looking for some electronics I can either buy cheap, or borrow for the time that I am here. I don't want to put a bunch of money in for such a short time, but really miss racing and want to get some in while I'm stuck in Missouri. If anyone can help out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for:

Motor 6.5-8.5
ESC
Servo
Possibly a shorty pack
Possibly a radio. ( I have a cheap futaba I may just get another Rx for)

Might be best to text me, as I don't know how much I will be on here. 314-703-4621

Thanks,
And can't wait to see everyone again.

I think that the elimination of the Sportsman classes with the current turnouts definitely worked out better. If we were still getting our 100-150 entries, then I believe the sportsman classes would be great.

We will continue without sportsman classes again this week and my plan is to build a new layout after this Saturdays race. If I do start the rebuild on Sunday, the track will be closed until Saturday the 13th (no practice on Tuesday the 9th and Thursday the 11th).
