Just had another meeting due to a couple employees demanding that we reinstate the mask mandate, or they will demand to be allowed to work from home. That meeting didn't last long. It took about 2 minutes to explain the concerns, 30 seconds to laugh about it, and 10 second for the City Manager to say "Hell No! If they can come up with facts that the mask mandate was even 75% effective, then I might think about it again."

Lately, I think there is something wrong with me yesterday I blew off a date so I could go to a kei car meet and this chick was my type to the dot, dumb, big tits, and clumsy.
This has nothing to do with the above but man the building process for a house here is fucked I had hoped that I could park an RV on the land I plan to buy while I build the house but nope I cant even do that and unlike other states that offer RV permits not the area I am looking at.

On the other political side, I'm not saying anyone is guilty until they are proven to be guilty. I said this in regard to the accusation towards Trump, and I'm saying this in regard to Biden's Impeachment Inquiry. I will also add that there was far less proof towards Trump than Biden.

I know the much of the media is stating there is baseless claims supporting Biden's investigation, although there is multiple REAL evidence, I believe everyone should be all for an investigation just by hearing Biden brag about getting a prosecutor fired for investigating a deal that involved his son, Hunter.

That sucks. Usually they will let you as long as you finish the house in a certain amount of time. How long will the house take you to build?

I estimate 2 months(I plan to do most of the work) at most from the minute the core structure arrives this is based on my own experience with drywall, plumbing, and electrical work. Steel construction really helps speed up the process. Even if they allow the RV I would still have to transport gasoline to the place to power the generator as they won't let me run electricity to the area unless I get the building permit first which to me seems a bit backward but I am just one man.

You need the building permit to prove you are building the house. You should be able to get a permit just to run the power to a box with a 120 outlet. You plan to build a house in 2 months? Either that's a pretty small house or you will have lot of people working on it. I'm not sure how it works there, but inspections can hold you up for a week, or two, and there are a lot of inspections involved.

I am aware of what a building permit is for I just don't think it should be a requirement to run electricity to the property. I talked to several different people in the planning division to double-check and make sure I am not being BS all have said there is no way around it to get power without a building permit hell I even phrased the whole using an RV while the house is being build question in several different ways to see if I get a different response but nothing. 2 months is a labor estimate, and does not account for the time it takes the county to process my inspection request which I have no idea if they are fast or slow in Miami they seem to be rather speedy about it from what my father has told me but I don't know about the rest of Florida. Like I said it will mainly be me doing it. Yes I know there are many inspections involved footing, framing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, insulation, and drywall inspection to mention some. 1280 sq ft so yes it's smallish.

I was highly suspicious about every single aspect involving Covid, masking, vaccinations, etc from the very first moment it happened, and after watching the little weasel fuck Fauci speak on tv about it for the first time my “something is VERY not right with this shit” radar went off big time. Nonetheless, everyone has a right to their own opinion regarding it. Interestingly enough a lot of the misinformation censoring bullshit is letting up and even U-tube is allowing videos and comments that they were immediately deleting. And as for the obviously different handling of Trump and Biden “allegations”, and the very differing degrees of evidence anyone who can’t see how weaponised the government and justice system has become has worse vision than Stevie Wonder, and needs a brain scan asap because something is definitely not working between their ears.
