Generally all religion has some bull shit with it. Don't get caught up in who killed more than the other. It doesn't make one more ok than the other. I'm not Muslim or Christian, though I was raised Christian. And like offroadjunkie, at 18 I stopped going to church when I was an adult and it was my choice. Like you, I refuse to take part, even though the vast majority around me, both family and friends are christian. The underpinnings of religion may be good intentioned, but step back and look at any faith. They've all been retooled by shitty individuals to do more harm than good, yes even science too. A lot of pseudoscience bullshit was used to justify one race or sex being inferior or superior to the other, and the subsequent mistreatment of the alleged inferior group. As you've pointed out a while back, its not the religion or science itself, but usually specific individuals that can be pointed out. In short, humans are shitty.

Tell them you need to hook you up with your own apartment as a perk for working with them. Otherwise, you will need to move because you can't afford to live there. A lot of companies are doing that for employees now.

Speed:
I understand that. No religious book will explain how God got here or was able to do what he did. However, there have been writings that he came in a chariot of fire. Could this be a space craft? They say he always has a bright white light around him. Could this be bright lights from a ship? Either way, I believe we were created by a higher being. We already proved that we can clone humans and everything else. We also know that there is no beginning of time in for the universe, so this means there are/can be civilizations that re billions of years old. Look what we have accomplished in the past 100 years. Imagine where we would be in a billion years.

So, for another civilization being able to have the ability to accomplish all this, is not farfetched. God does say he has always been here. I'm sure he is not of flesh like us but found ways to manipulate solid matter to move as we desired.

Speaking of religion,
Rob tried to argue religion with me. He claimed he can debate me on it all day. The part that almost made me spit out my Dr. Pepper is when he said Mormons, Fundamentalists Mormons, and Strangites are the same religion and they all practice polygamy. I Responded "You claim you can debate religion with me, but you don't know the difference between those three religions. First off, Mormons don't like to be called Mormons."

I hate how anytime a discussion thread is about to get fun, billy kelly will randomly post pics to distract from the topic and change subjects. Some other supermod came into the thread kind of questioning what happened to the old thread. I mentioned rats, the billy kelly tried to bury it with cool car photos to change subject.

don't think they would go for that. they know my living arrangements. plus do to hobbies an apartment won't work for me. unless it has a 2 car garage and is in a decent neighborhood. right now, that's probably pushing 3k a month. and id no doubt be attacking people over personal space inside of 6 months.
and the cherry on top is if i leave the house my moms aunt is going to want to move back in and unless it's life or death there is no way in hell that's happening. so me being here has that situation in a stalemate.

im wondering how much longer my boss is going to last. he's almost 70, already had one heart attack and triple bypass. he's the poster model for ADHD. he's recently partnered with a friend of his and started a property management company. can't sit still and worries about everything to the point that his blood pressure will rise. that freaks him out so he gets obsessed over checking it which makes it worse, then he goes to the Dr. he's been laving work about 3 to go deal with whatever then coming back to work in the evenings to create chaos. we've been pretty busy and he's paranoid of falling behind on work. which i don't get cause we're nowhere near behind. we're still shipping orders same day, even stuff that gets ordered after 2 (UPS shows up at 3:30 and we leave at 4) so idk wtf. he was on vacation the last 3 days so Monday is going to be pandemonium even though iv keep up on work and even finished all the bullshit stuff for stock he left for me to finish.

i wonder what Billy would think of the my friend mooning the ice cream truck story
