yeah, but i think id be better off going further east. been eyeing central and southern Missouri and eastern Kansas. but that's a hell of a commute. id need an air plane to get to my vacation house, not exactly great for weekend getaways. but it would get my money out of CA and give me a place to register cars that could be smog exempt. and potentially a place to buy and own some cool guns

A lot of really small towns will still have a pizza place. On top of that, you can always stock up on Costco pizza. Either way, that's one of the greatest things about the US. You can go out to some extremely beautiful places and be far from civilization. You can camp out there for weeks and never see another person.

The biggest issues, that are causing our housing prices to keep rising, are all the people from the Bay area. Because of "remote working," they are selling their 900sq. ft. home for $1 million and buying a big house out here.

Did I just read that Fyr wears eye show and mascara? On top of that, his wife is left him? Sorry, but that sounds about right. I am seeing an uptick in women leaving their less "manly" man in search of more "manly" man. Like my wife's friend said, she needs someone who she knows will protect her and be a leader if the shiz hits the fan. Someone who will show her sons how to be tough in an F'ed up world. @SDW, on the basis that most of Arizona is a desert, I reckon you can own some pew pews without too much hassle.

@Speed Chaser, I was thinking of like when you come home late and you really don't feel like cooking dinner type of thing. Or getting lunch delivered when you work from home. Both are entirely viable for me cos I live in a giant city essentially.....

@ORJ, I've spent stalker levels of time to know most small towns have a pizza joint, but how many of those open late? or have multiple pizza joints in case I get blacklisted from one lol.

And sometimes, you just gotta have Thai or Chinese food because nothing else will hit the spot quite right...


Point of correction, Fyr's GF, left first (not wife officially). Then came the makeup. She's almost certainly crazy as well.... so I'd be disinclined to blame him.
