that was a little more informative,
without all the B.S.....

Thanks for getting this started. Here is more info:
Schedule for this event:
Saturday: Open Practice from 8am to 9am.
Controlled Practice from 9am to 10:30am.
10:30am Drivers Meeting
3 rounds of Qualifying starting at 11am.
Sunday: Open Practice from 8am to 9am.
1 Round of Qualifying start at 9am.
Lunch break from 11am to noon.
Then mains starting at noon.
All A - Mains 30 minutes
All B - Mains 25 minutes
All other Mains 20 minutes
Registration on Saturday is from 8am to 9:30am,
Sunday from 8am to 8:30am.

The 31 Bridge is closed until the end of the year.
If you are coming from 75, you must take exit 143 (SR 78) (Bayshore RD.)
DO NOT take ext 141 (SR 80) (Palm Beach blvd) to 31.
We can still get to the track from the 31 entrance.
If you are coming from Arcadia on 31, you will be fine.
If you are coming from 75, you must take exit 143 (SR 78) (Bayshore RD.)

By the way Mark Harrison says he stays at the Motel 6 just 14 miles from the track for $32.95. Mark could you post Hotel info.

I stay at the Motel 6 In Punta gorda , Exit 161 north on 75 from the track. 1/2 mile on the left after you get off the ramp.
The Phone # is ( 941 ) 639-9585 it's the " Jones Loop " Motel 6. I checked the online rated for that weekend. it's $35.00 a night
