Hello my name is Irvin cole I'm doing the schedule for blue diamond race way I would like to have a regional race but I don't know the proper way to organize the event threw roar can you tell me what I need in order to have the event. We are in Delaware . Tory from skyrocket had the regionals on the old schedule for this season already . And if he had all the correct paper work we should be ok.
