ok guys....i tested the car today on the track. im running the 25/55 for an FDR of 5.72. im running the black can motor with the car. wow....what a difference from running 19/61 w/ silver can. my concern is now...the motor got very hot. i went and used my temp gun and it read 155F-158F this is after about 5 mins of run time in the track. will this temp be ok for the motor??? will a heat sink help somehow???

hi, just bought a tb-02 and wanted to know if i could use standard wheels and tires from pro sedans on this car, im new to onroad ive raced carpet oval since 1990. any help would be appreiciated

Hey RaceBucks, I bought the TT-01D suspension arms some time ago (http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/rc-tt0...th=595_744_708). I believe they came with droop adjustment. The kit included droop screws, stiffer lower arms (than the standard ones) with extra shock absorber mounting holes. The front/rear chassis extensions have special slots in them that fit small steel plates which contact the droop screws.
I have not really used droop control, because I run the C/F chassis and have adjusted the shock arms to give me ride a height of 4mm rear and 3mm front.

Without the steel plates the screws bottom out on the plastic which is no good indeed.

Alternatively, you could put a red rubber O-ring under the piston.

Anyone uses the stock 01 "racing slick" tyres? It doesn't come with any inserts, is it worthwhile to buy some inserts for it and perhaps do some bashing with it?
