Very nice unit. To bad some companies think that only the design they start with is the best. This set up is much nicer than the multi diff and the dumb blade system.

If some of you might be interested by buying one, PM me.
I think only few unit can be done at the same time by my friend because it take him some time of work, so it can take a litlle time.

with the stock XRay diff you can't use tamiya bones because you need to use blades. Maybe with the platic ones of the T2R it will be possible but i don't know.
With latest spool, we use 46mm bones

Does'nt Tamiya use a blade system on one the the 415's? The dog bones are so much less.

Stong and solid. I love my Xray, but if they keep jacking up part prices, I'll find a cheaper hobby. The price on the bones and diffs are outragous. The diffs don't even come with carbide diff/trust balls. When's a aftermarket company going to reap from Xray's greed? I say loose the blades and make a wheel bearing hub spacer. Please make some changes Xray! Just my two cents.

Per the manual, they do come with carbide diff and thrust balls...930120 and 930138.

Which diff are you referring to?

The Factory Diffs 305002 do indeed come with Carbide Diff and thrust balls.

With the spool I use the 46 mm ones but with the diff you should use the 42mm because XRay one's are 43mm long.
Tamiya blade seems to be 3mm so it might work!!
