Just be careful whose gears you use. The PRS gears are thicker than stock. They work on the 05 but not on the T2 without modification

PRS has new gears for the T2, or you can use your old ones and countersink the holes for flat head screws!!

THanks guys for everything. I went ahead and ordered the 116 and a set of stainless screwz from rcscrewz last night. I hope this 116 works out for me. I was reading last night that there was a problem with the rear hub carrier. Is that fixed yet.

If you insert a set screw into the hole youre not using it should make it stronger. 3x6, 3x8 should be the correct size.

I think he is talking about the mold issue with the rear toe. The fix your talking about is a problem with crashing lol.

A very good fix though. I will put grubs in my hubs tongiht.

Almost all cars have a slight variation. I have never worried about it because all you need to do to fix it is shim left and right a little different. Although I swear I can feel bigtime the difference between ALL inboard toe in and ALL outboard toe in, but I dont think I can feel the difference of having a 0.075 shim on the left and a 0.04 shim on the right to achieve even total toe in!!

Well-I got to thank everyone for the set-up tips. I ran full mod last night and car was awesome from the first battery pack. I had a bad endbell possibly though (sticky brush hood) and roasted two brand new DC 7x1 and 8x1 arms and dumped when a cell decided to give up the ghost on me after charging (PPPPSSSSSSSS...). I got nu luck in club races-EVER!!

I also ran the same-set up first in 19t and it was really good there too. I went mid front and flat pins and high rear roll as many suggested. Easy to drive and good corner speed-just rolled through the apex.

On carpet, are the majority of you running the standard chassis and top-plate or are you using the BMI stuff?
