I think your right! but knowing trinity they just made the motor visible so people could see it,thus sparking the rumor mill, seems like it worked pretty well! LOL

yes, cleveland is a handout race. But a couple years back they had the Binary stocks as the handouts before they were released.

The motor was on display at the Champs, it wasn't the handout. From what I've been told from drivers who have tested it, it is much faster than, runs cooler than, and is overall better than the Monster it seems to resemble in that picture.

Lets face it, its just a mock up of what a new motor will look like. I assure you that the armature is the same...nothing new... yet...

Just give them time, this is a typical marketing strategy and Ernie is GREAT at it.

Just think, he shows up with a different color can and everybody is speculating and judging the motor already. There is nothing to judge or to look at, except for the color of the CAN!!! Yet all of you are talking about it...

I applaud Trinity for their marketing savy!!!

Isaac
Well, on the packaging material there is a picture of the armature. It is CLEARLY different than a monster or any other current stock motor. Notice the material between the top and bottom stacks of laminations, the monster has nothing there.

If they would label it Kinwald Edition it would be a whole second faster.

Why the bashing? I guess you'll all have foot-in-mouth syndrome when it is faster...

You are correct...Thanks for bringing that up. I was writtingfaster than I was thinking I am human and I make mistakes. However, all I said is that they will be coming out with a motor...I know that as a fact, I just don't know when...

PitCrew
I did not pay close attention to the packaging , I took a second look and you are CORRECT. Also,I never said it was a MONSTER...but thanks for bringing that up.

Lets take a bet that Trinty couldn't produce 50 stock motors in a row that are competitive, as stock motors are so unpredictiable. You could buy 1 good one and 10 duds and don't say you can't as I have seen it happen, so why don't they refine their motors so everyone gets a good one to start with.
