Default f103RM

Looks like it has the ball mount suspension too! Unless they finally upgraded the fragile standard battery holders. Im suprised they didn't put the link suspension on that considering that it was on the GT. Oh well, i just finished restoring an f103 anyway and it may be a chance to get plenty of spares!

I just bought a new Courage kit and I am wondering if the stock tire/insert combination is any good? Will these tires work on carpet, asphalt, hot, cold or are they no good?

Thanks for the answers. I guess I'll just mount them on old rims and save those nice looking black rims for better tires.

You may want to buy Tamiya's optional 64 pitch spurs(there a two) and a couple of pinions.

Smaller spur of the two and a couple of 64 pitch pinions in the low 20's will do it. Yes, 64 pitch pinions work perfectly with those spurs.
