Sorry missed the diffuser question above. It was for the original F1 car. It helps extract air from under the rear pod. On a real car it adds about 30-40% of total downforce. It aids the scale car but not q as dramatic as a full size car.
Thanks. I understand the car is not like the F201. What I should have asked is it a re release of the F103. The class that I am considering allows any F1 chassis and as you can see signature like I have plenty, but only the F201 has parts, so if this is a re release I can run the cars again because there will be parts Thanks

Sorry I did not catch the sig. For most part yes it is a re-release. The front of the car is the main departure from the original but if you remove the spacer it will return the geometry to the original configuration. Steering knuckles are different also.

Thanks! Someone had told me the chassis was shorter. I am going to get one on order.

Hold on F1fan, MLP is already coming out with a conversion to put the 103GT back as an F1 and use the 201's wheels and tires! Now that's a neat idea. We are waiting for someone here to jump on it before the F1 tour ends here to see how it works. That could be a purchase I may have to make soon.

Will there be a class for these cars in TCS next year? I think they should replace F1 with F1

there's a good chance if there is enough support. earlier in March.. Seattle Indoor Raceway had an exhibition class. The upcoming Fremont and Aliso Viejo regional TCS races will also feature an exhibition class.

How are the F103GTs performing compared to regular TCs?

Seems like there's plenty of room for development in this class for the coming seasons....

ken, any 23t motor will be enough for this car already, esle a mild mod will do also, such as 19t or 17t...
