Tamiya front hub carrier is 4° and the one from Square is 6° caster.
Otherwise you could change kickup using different shims at the front suspension blocks. Usually Iīm running 4° caster and 0° kickup.

difference between oneway and front diff is about 10 gramms.
Replacing all titanium turnbuckles and screws are about 20 gramms. Replacing the titanium turnbuckles is a good idea as the stock turnbuckles arenīt that good. But if you wanna go for a front diff I wouldnīt use the titanium screws as these are expensive and not as strong as steel screws. Iīm not using titanium screws at the bottom of the chassis especially outdoors.

What is kickup? As per my Surikarn assembly instructions under the front suspension block (only the very front one) I have 0,6mm shims - Is this for the kickup?

Exactly this is kickup. But Iīm using no kickup with my EVO3 as I like less castor and from what I know there is no hub carrier with less than 4°.

usually kickup is better on a bumpy track and steering should be somewhat smoother but in general I like zero kickup better as itīs more direct.

I'll try that out on Friday.
Can anyone compare the Protoform Alfa, Stratus and Mazda 6 for me?
I have the Stratus at the moment and find it really nice, but I'm not sure if it is the best body for my track, which is very small will quite a lot of slow tight corners.
Cheers, Mark.

Regarding the Alfa and Stratus it depends if you are speaking of the version 1 or 2 each.
The Alfa 1 has much more steering than the Stratus 1 but Stratus is easier to drive and more forgiving. Was my favourite body with all my cars until the TC3. But donīt works for me with the EVO3. Alfa1 worked very good on an older GM racing/Hong Nor TC4 using front diff. Never worked for me with a oneway.
Alfa2 have much more downforce than version1 but I donīt like itīs characteric.
Stratus 2 had not enough rear grip with the TC3 but is my favourite for the EVO3 now. Worked at every track since now. Just have finished the Mazda but have to try next time. But most people I know like the Mazda.

I like the look of the Maza, it seems to have a very big front spoiler - I'd be interested to hear if it increases the front grip.
But it is the driver still who needs to improve

the Stratus 2.1 is a 200mm wide version
from what I have heard the Mazda have lot of front and rear grip.
So maybe something like a Stratus 2 with more downforce.

Right now, whenever I run my EVOIII at SoCal, I have been using the "C" block, and I liked it. Maybe try 1 or 2 degrees of anti-squat...
