Well I wouldn't say "clearly", Hobbyking themselves claim otherwise and there certainly are things that look more like the T2. Like the floating servo mount plate.

By the way the two cars (MTS T2 and RGT R2) share a lot of common parts, R2 being more conventional (so less interesting) than the T2 with Flex-bars and CVS...

So same same but different...

Preparing the Hybrid T3 for mod had a little issue with spur gear clearance , the FFV3 chassis doesn’t have an opening in the rear for the spur gear. Problem fixed

I'm tempted to get a Blaze R2 to drive it next to my Sakura XI Sport.

$100 for an all carbon TC is cheap.

It’s a bargain ! But the conversion that’s coming looks promising

I saw the mention of a conversion, but what does it convert from and to?

Can’t comment too much on it at the moment but it’s a nice upgrade to the MTS platform.

problem is though, it may not be complete carbon, they like to produce it from frp, then put a top layer of carbon on it so it appears to be carbon, therefore have much more flex.

could be wrong though, will be looking at car over weekend as friend got one to see if its better choice to do 4wd mini conversion.

They confirmed on YouTube that it's not complete carbon. However, if it's anything like my M.Rage, it's probably still stiff enough. Heck, the M.Rage is too stiff despite the flexy plates.
