Hi guys,
Iīm looking for the adjustable turnbuckles for the sport 3 you guys ordered but canīt find the links in the last few posts.
Where are they on stock? Are there different types of turnbuckles which fit on the sport 3?
Thanks!

Various Updates
My new turnbuckles came in:
Lunsford 3.5mm x 24mm Super Duty Titantium (Steering Linkage)
Lunsford 3.5mm x 1 3/8th" Super Duty Titanium (Front Upper Links)
Lunsford 4.8mm Super Duty Ball Cups
Honestly, there are probably better choices out there. Both sets are slightly longer than ideal, though they can be adjusted small enough to work. I added some front toe-in and slight front negative camber compared to the stock linkages.
I also added as mentioned previously a SF-50 servo. This is slightly wider than the stock servo (see pic) and required a little work with the Dremel to fit properly.
Between the new linkages and the stronger servo, the car definitely tracks straighter. I will probably remove the servo saver too since it still seems to causing some trim issues when the car goes over a large bump, etc.
I am looking forward to the release of the aluminum bellcrank. I find driver's side front wheel has too much slop in it as a result of play in the stock bellcrank, so hopefully the aluminum kit will fix that.
Since I'm running on the street I moved the rear shocks to the inbound lower mounting position to gain some ride height. The car still bounces around quite a bit in the rear though as a result (I assume) of the weight of the stock body. My Porsche 997 Turbo body did come in but I'm not ready to use it (and inevitably scratch it) just yet.
I did some A/B comparisons of the stock tires to the standard width X-Pattern tires and again, even after the suspension changes, prefer the X-Pattern.
In any event it's good to see some activity on this thread, and I hope some of the above helps those of you reading this.

I'm glad I could help, make sure to order the turnbuckles also, because the parts I listed are just the ball studs and ball ends. The turnbuckles I used are from hpi. You need two packs of each, 4-40x24mm (93312) and 4-40x34mm (93317)
I hope that helps out more if you haven't already ordered them.

Been testing and tuning the Mamba setup, and so far on foam tires it will take off in a straight line like a bullet and track straight...don't have enough room to really get a top end going though. Running stock 70something spur with a 31t pinion, got new spurs(a 55 and an 44) and a BIG pinion on the way....need to find a big lot to get some readings..

So I've now removed the servo saver, which finally fixed the wandering steering. Also got the new body and wheels mounted.

Hi! Nice body for your Sport 3, it Looks great!
Iīm also looking for a new Body: What size fits to the Sport 3?
Itīs a 200 mm Body as far as I know. Something else to look for? Wheelbase?
Thx!
Ah I see Endaar on the back of the car the new body doesnīt fit that good. The tires are inside the body, arenīt they? Tried something to do with offset?

I just took some measurements for the heck of it:
Body, measured at the top of the rear wheel wells from underneath:
Stock 911 Flux body: 8.25" Wide
HPI 911 Turbo (997) body: 8" Wide
HPI Acura NSX (From my Nitro Pro 3): 8" Wide
Not surprisingly, the stock 911 Flux body is wider than the "normal" HPI bodies.
More interestingly, measuring the track of the two cars, from the top outside of the rear wheels. Both sets of wheels have the same offset; I believe 0mm.
RS4 Sport 3 Flux: 7.25" Wide
RS4 Pro 3 Nitro: 7.75" Wide
1/2" of track is pretty substantial, and I think that explains why I'm so much happier with the nitro's handling on the same tires & wheels.
Looking at the non-Flux Sport 3s...the Subaru comes with 9mm offset wheels, and the BMW's offset are 6MM. So clearly this chassis was designed with a large offset wheel in mind.
So I suppose it's time to order yet another set of wheels and tires. LOL
