i had a Bitty Civic on mine, I expect all of the recent fwd shells will fit it. The ff-04 is slightly high at the front but the fwd shells are quite high as well.

If your really keen on having a fwd tamiya, why not get a TRF419 and a H2RD FWD conversion kit?
They seem to work really well and a nice kit. you can google or fb search the above.

I got one a couple of months ago and then both rcmart and rcjaz had them in stock, and both the bue and black editions were available. Looks like they're out of stock again though. It says discontinued but they seem to become available every so often

Today I installed front stabilizers I have from my ta06 and also installed one of the battery strap mounts from the ta07. I had to drill a hole in the chassis but in the end it ifs a great fit. I bought a counter sink bit set from home depot and it worked perfectly.

What swaybar sets fit the FF04? I assume its the XV01 set given they share parts, but they are out of stock whenever I look for them. Will the FF03 set fit?

I used the front set off my ta06. The rear are the ff04 kit. You can use thre 418 sway bar up front but will n have to cut off a few mm off to fit properly

thanks, good to lnow. I have the 418 set and the soft TA07 set on its way so will have enough bars as I only have 2 TA07s, so its probably just buying some of the ends to fit them. I assume Tamiya make some blue ones that cost 10 times what plain ones would be...
