From what I can see from the photos, they look like MR Roche blades/pillows/whatever they are called this week

Shim under the flange, not at the top. You add shims at the top I change your roll centre.

0.2mm shim was working, thanks for the comment. I also added 0.1mm to the arm as well, much better. Hope it doesnt make it too tight.

It is better to let the arms / steering be free and have a little slop than have any binding.

I am as guilty as the next man as going crazy with shims, but if you get to check one I the top guys cars you will notice they don't mind a little bit of slop.

I think the Roche Xray blades work as well, since they use the same thickness as the Tamiya

I took mine for my first outing last night and was impressed with it.

I've not had a proper chance to set it up yet so it's pretty much the kit setup apart from springs.

Despite that I was quicker than I was with my last car :tire:

Looking forward to setting it up properly and trying it out next week.

Well, all built and ready.. Just body posts to cut once the body is mounted.

Build was really quite nice, did do a few things to it that I'll note down in a blog post soon (namely related to the diff and wishbone shims), and still waiting on the screw kit... But it's good to back with blue.

Won't get on track till next week though.. :(

Yokomo Springs

What are the part numbers of the Pink & Blue Yokomo springs that seem to be in all the setups for the 419

About to build one of those cars. Stock setup for asphalt on 17.5 be good place to start or should I try something else? Usually run those ride red springs on asphalt with my other cars evo6 and 418
