I'm looking for a basic black carpet setup for 419x with suspension upgrade. Nothing else has been upgraded beside progressive 2.5-2.8 front and 2.6 rear. Springs any info would be great.

You better find an aluminum chassis if you haven’t yet. I’d try to copy an Xray T4 2017-2019 set up. Should get you in the ball park

I didn’t have the right size bearings so I didn’t go further.

Just fitted the TA-08 Pro parts on my 419XR.
With the correct bearings and some shimming it will fit perfectly

Brilliant, can you let me know the bearings you required? If I can fit the 08 pro parts that will be fine, anything will be better than my chewed up 419 pulleys!

With the bearings provided in the TRF 420 kit.

So I need the bearings from a 420 centre pulley, and the pulleys from a ta08 pro?
