Looks great. What companies white ball caps are you using? I would like to run those too.

Also the front of the car seems to have a lot of flex. I want to try and stiffen it up a bit, but without going to the aluminum chassis. I am running solid hinge blocks already. Any other suggestions?

As for removing 3mm from the outdrives, I just cut the channel 3mm deeper with a grinding wheel on a dremel. I figured that this was hardened steel, and I am running 25.5 and 21.5 motors. Removing the material shouldn't hurt the strength for my application.

I'm lost, when using the Exo6 conversion the internal ratio changes? Or is it still 2.5?

The white cups are from Square.

Think it completes the look of the car

Thanks.

I don't the ratio changes when you use the conversion. I'm still operating off of the 2.5 ratio. Changing the motor layout doesn't alter the final ratio. The transvers gears are a 1-1 ratio. Removing them only removes the rotating mass and energy loss due to directional changes

Ratio stays the same. Remember the center gear box that was removed =1to1 so it didn't change anything either when it was added.

The newest paint. The Ford GT was hard to find and I can't wait to see how it does on the track. Maybe someone is already laming the mold for the newest Ford???

Really depends on what you are after. I think default EVO6 has XB and D blocks, which is 3 degree toe. You can achieve the same thing with XA and E blocks, but that increase the width by 1mm. Here's a nice chart.
