F1 Indoor tires?
What´s the best suited rubber tire for low grip indoor carpet racing for a 3R F1-09... There´s to many to choose from, Ride, Pit, Tamiya and so on...

If you are running it as a narrow car you need totally different tyres to running it as a standard F109 as the tyres are very different in size.
For F104 tyres on carpet go for Pit Shimizu 571 and 572 tyres, with 574 fronts if you want more steering. The wheels to mount them on are Tamiya F104 wheels for foam tyres, not the wheels for rubbers. That should cover most circumstances and you will find that unlike touring car tyres you will need to run them for a few races before they start to really grip.

So u run harder compunds in the rear? why´s that?

Paridus are good if you don't have traction.... Pits or tcs 31/32 are excellent and the ride r1 high compound are amazing in my opinion

Sounds like its gonna be a set of Pitz on my "to order" list then... Are the Exotek rims still weak? Was thinking of getting a set of those, but have read that they are fragile!!
