I assure everyone we have stock left. Wholesalers are free to place orders which I show they have done within the last few days.

Getting ready to put in an order for some tires. I'd like to stick to the PS tires. So far, only thing on my list is 571s and 575s. Any other compounds I should pick up? Most of my racing will be on carpet at TQ and some occasional prepped asphalt at SOCALRC and Roadrunners RC.

Just got done something some maintenance, and noticed my diff housing is bent. I've actually had some bad wheel vibration since I built the kit but thought it was tires. Even after balancing the right rear tire has a bad vibration. The side of the diff that is bad is pinned to the shaft.
Any chance getting Tamiya USA to replace the shaft/housing? Or am I out of luck and need to buy a whole new assembly?
Side note, also checked Tamiya USA site again, and it does say camber adjustment 1.5/2.5, but that's just bogus. With the mark on the inside I'm right at 1.5. Outside is barely a 1/2 degree, which was actually wearing the outside of the tire and leaving the inside still shiny after several runs.

Tamiya America's does not sell NEW items on its website for 90 days of the items release (RC kits and plastic models). We do this so we are not competing with our retail partners. After 90 days, the item does go on sale on our website at full MSRP. You will notice the product page says: "see you local dealer" That's because they're in stock and shipping to wholesale dealers. If we were completely out it would read "out of stock" just like the product shown here:

Fred,
Your 101 looked pretty good at TQ couple of weeks ago. What tires did you end up running?

further back position is for better high speed turning, inline position is better for tight technical turns.

I ran Pit 575 rears with the stock insert and Pit 574 front with the stock insert. 571's worked for me too, but the 574's gave me just a tad more steering, which is what I was looking for to keep up with Panda and Bill.

It's going to be even better this weekend. I think I've discovered something new to try.
