+1 on ditching the scales. I used scales for about 3 months, then pitched them so the temptation would never get me again.

i love scales but thats me i use them to set a car up for the first time and i move electronics out to find the best cross weight so tweaking the car will be a ton easier and the car will drive way smoother .
i can send you pictures of my car if you want but i did stick a 1/4 ounce of weight on battery as far back on right side as i could

.... what Dumper says. Left to right balance should be the most important thing. Use front to aft balance for handling. I use a simple triangular ruler, line it up on the pin holes on the chassis, if the antenna is sticks straight up as you lightly hold the tire...you're good! It will be apparent if one side is heavy or not. Shift you electronics side to side to get it right. If you are curious about fore/aft weight bias, just mark the chassis where it balances, measure to the rear axle, divide by 204mm (wheel base of the car). You might come up with something like .45, that is 45% from the rear axle. That will be a 55/45 weight bias. Nobody uses this, so no point in referencing it. It's only handy when you build a new car and you simply want to know.

I got the TQ booster last year and I will say of all 4 boosters I have tried I like it the best. Super small. Voltage stays stable throughout the entire pack.
I have done some load testing and with pulling 30A steady no drop in performance from the booster.
Very little wasted power.
I had the hobbyking one which worked great but the voltage ranged from 5.6V full charge of the pack to 4.7V at the end of a 8 min run using 3300mah from a 4600 Pack

I had two of these. Their regulation was okay at a little over 5V, but neither had anywhere near the advertised 1A output current. The worst was good for about 600mA before falling out of regulation, when running from 4.2V. But they still worked fine with the servos and ESCs I was using.

I got tired of dealing with boosters and got a VTX1 ESC instead
