I use the outdrives for I guess 1 1/2 month now.
pretty good, even without blades. no excessive signs of wear (I'm drivin 3,5T Brushless in carpet)

We have a problem with newly installed Yokomo hardened universals.
The thinner pin in the joint (rear wheel) keeps coming out al the time.
I wonder if other people have had the same happen.
Can anyone suggest a fix to this? I would hate to just discard new, rather expensive and hard to get parts.

Can you get ally or steel pulleys? I cant imagine they would wear great but i melted two diffs

Jarkko - you're not the only one. My friend runs a yokomo, and aprat from the steering kingpins that always work loose, his CVD pins always eject. Either fully, or partially. He loctites his, and even cuts a small notch(dremel) in the pin for the grub-screw to "lock" it in place. Seems to help.

The rings were molded into the outdrives too. The new one i built is nice and tight so it should not happen again

I suppose making a hole for a grub screw might work. I'll try that.
