I had that happen to me a few times on my Xray cars. Once you get aluminum hubs it never happens again. 3Racing rocks

yeah thats true, I just noticed since my last club race I pretty much dont tap the boards anymore, like at all, maybe once, ok maybe twice
Is there any other steering blocks that can be used with this car. I am tired of tapping a board and breaking them. They seem to come apart right on the seem. I really do not want the aluminum ones.
Thanks,
Thanks,

It's true, the plastic steering knuckles are a bit fragile. Also be sure to install titanium (Square Racing) ball studs into your bling aluminum parts. The OEM ball studs are prone to breaking at the shank, leaving the threaded portion in your expensive aluminum pieces.
Hope I'm not telling you stuff you already know??
Thanks for the input. Yes the stock ones are a bit brittle. I was just wondering if anyone had tried maybe the Losi or associated ones etc... The aluminum ones are nice but they do change the way the car handles a bit. But I guess not breaking them is better then not finishing the race. I will stay away from 3-Racing that is for sure.
Thanks,
