Hey guys,

I'm leaning towards the Cyclone, T2, or new "TC5" and wanted your comments on the Cyclone.

It looks like a great car but I wonder about parts availibility - any issues? how about pricing? For some reason, certain areas have latched onto it and others have not - many guys I know run the T2.

Also, are sway bars for front and rear included? I see a set of three but wonder if the other end's set is included as well.

Thanks,
Dane

the cyclone is an awesome car especially if your going to run foam tires, you will need to get the BMI chassis for it. jason shreffler and i have been testing the chassis out for BMI. i was the only one to run the car bone stock for 2 weeks and then put the BMI chassis on and let me tell you it is amazing.if you get the hara or surikarn editions it will come with a one way, spool, and front and rear sway bars. if you want a diff for the front you will have to pick it up seperatly. hope this helps if you have any more questions just pm me.

Hi Dane,
I went with the Cyclone for exactly that reason... parts are too difficult to get for the T2 (in Australia anyways). Cyclone parts are easier for the most part (many are shared with the Pro 4). And anything that I cant get locally I have delivered from Hong Kong in two days. Front and rear sway bars are included.

Tir products can be bought from Schumacher USA, Team Almighty UK and USA and also from Precison RC in Hong Kong.

Yes you will need the version 1 bones along with a diff pulley (narrow version) that will need to be reamed out to fit. I am about to test mine this weekend along with the Tir cvds. Will give a report once I have tested it.

Leonard.
