Hi Jason,

That's great news!!! Any idea on when the spool will be available? Also, can I get a standard thickness chassis and top deck (purely a rubber on asphalt racer here)???

Thanks,

Leonard.

hey leonard,

the spool is next on deck.its not going to take much being that i already have it proven out all i need is to change the outdrive material.i will be making an asphalt chassis in 2.25mm carbon fiber.this will be following the release of the carpet kit.

Thanks Jason,

Just wanted to know time frames, as I have our state and national titles in Sept and Nov.

I just wanted both items together along with spare outdrives (if thats the way they're designed) in time for these events.

Thanks,

Leonard.

Hey Jason, other than the obvious, can you give me any info on what you changed from the original chassis, i.e. battery location, thread, wheel base, width, etc. ?
Thanks.
Looks great.

battery location was moved slightly forward, the wheelbase was lengthend 3mm but still allows for standard wheelbase, the chassis is 3mm as is the top decks and towers.the chassis is pocketed to 2.5mm under the bulkheads, hinge pin blocks and layshaft and motor mount.the towers allow for more adjustment with scalloped hole positions and the front tower is a little lower so your body doesnt hit the tower

Did you see the pic of the new corally that corally says doesnt exist? LOL Its in the RDX thread and on Corally's website on their new tweak station.

I have a feeling there will be a few of these BMI H/B Cars either in the A main or very close at Vegas!!

Default Benefits of BMI chassis

Other than looking absolutely SICK, what is the benefit/advantage in using BMI chassis's over manufacturer carbon fiber? The BMI cyclone chassis makes the car appear totally bonkers and if it's all of that, I hope they have some floating around ebay for the Pro 4......

That's the Cyclone "Surikarn" limited ed kit. Blue bits everywhere.
There was also a Hara kit in purple.
The regular comes in black.

Some retailers might still have them....
