I started building my surikarn last night... butta pure butta..
They come in the color of the respective driver edition, one way and solid pulleys, oneway and spool for the front, thicker towers I believe, full set of sway bars included front and rear, locking hexes, nice hardware. I am very pleased with the quality. Only thing I would have liked to see is blades for the front spool like used on the rear diff.
Ive gotta finish front turnbuckles, shocks, and electronics and im ready to rock.

Lawtonlosi - Cheers! I got a little confused because there doesn't seem to be any difference in price at some of the HK retailers. ( $5USD doesn't count right?!)
More kit... sounds nice...

There 2 diffrent kits, Haras has a shaft and a belt so you can chose which one you want, the blue kit is no good parts don't fit and most the time the blue part are not even blue but purple so I would get Tc4.

I assume it's just a change of colour between the three kits? Otherwise, the spec is the same?
Just want to know which kit to pick up. !!

Does anybody know how the lower position of the piston will effect the performance of the cyclone?
#3881
It results in a shorter shock, I would say it's another way of limiting droop.
#3882
The Hara and Surikarn are identical kits except for the anodizing.

Differences between the Hata/Surikarn editions and the regular Cyclone include but may not be limited to...
Thicker shock towers.
Slightly revised cutouts in the chassis.
Aluminum diff halves.
Slightly revised bulkheads with a little more bracing materials for the inner camber points.
Thinner pullies front and rear.

Hi Guys,
Just want to post a quick note we have both the Hara Edition and Surikarn Edition of the Hot Bodies Cyclone back in stock today. We are also now stocking a full line of parts (and will be adding more parts) to support the Cyclone car

Thanks guys!! Much appreciated..
The hot bodies website is a bit vague on what the original has, and what the special ed.'s have as standard kit. I should have just looked at the Suri page and left it at that. They need to work on that website!!
I have to admit - i am a little hesitant to buy simply because i didn't have a great experience with belt maintenance on the old schumacher. How do the belts hold up in the cyclone? Especially running outdoors?
Other than that - it looks like the one for me..
