I tried the aluminum ones and they effectively have a smaller end on them. I'm waiting on some fronts to confirm.
well spotted, I hadn't noticed the difference in size of the ends.

the fronts are also a lot thicker, and heavier, than the rears.

attached is a pic of the three dogbones, top - hd front, middle - hd rear, bottom - alu (bent and twisted)

Tom :
4: the kit come with 3 sets of sway bars.. copper 1.2 mm silver 1.4mm and black 1.6mm, the fronts and the rear ones are diffrents.. the rear one is slightly longer.
6: 64 pitch and 100t Xenon spur, the biggest one I've seen been used is 108 64 pitch spur.. it said on Hara's Set up sheets. and a couple page behind someone said that for 48 pitch 80 spur is the biggest you can put on.
8: same as pro4

Hope this help..
I'm just emphasizing what the other guys have told you..and adding some details.
Why not using longer screw ? I have longer one in my box if you want.

Will you race for national on 11 December ?

if you want less aggressive steering use the 1deg.

From the Xray T2 thread:

The new versions sound like they have some worthwhile additions...but only 4 months after the launch of a premium priced kit has to hurt...
