I think they said the pits would be in the ball room where the track is. And it will be secured so if needed you could leave your gear at the track over night.

Yes the pit spaces will be by the track in the ball room. I saw pictures of the ball room on saturday very nice and roomy. Scotty has said that he will have his own staff to watch over the pits when the track is closed.

It is also my understanding that you will have some sort of badge to get into the pits. Then again, maybe I was sniffing to much traction compound that day.

Hi guys, Lots of guys have been making their reservations. If you are planning on attending make yours now. We have some exciting things planned for Tuesday afternoon and night. So if you can come a day early, be there! Tables and chairs will be provided in the pit room for everyone. You will want to bring your own power strips. All pitting will be done in the main ballroom where the track is. Pit passes will be provided and required to enter pit area. Pit and track area will be secure during the non race time with our own security staff. Our work continues to make this event the most enjoyable and exciting event to hit our industry. We hope that everyone can join us for this event. As always any other questions, just say the word. Take care

Hey Scotty,

What batteries will you allow. Are the new IB3800 and GP3700 good to go at the event? Only 3300? Just wondering. Also, will we be able to drop our stuff off on Tuesday in the room and set it up?

Also, looking for someone to split the cost of a room. I have a reservation, need to see who wants to split the cost.
